We will require every family to register for auto-pay in order to make the tuition process as convenient as possible. No fees will be collected during the auto-pay process.
Tuition will be collected on the 26th of each month for the following month. If, for any reason, the auto-pay process cannot be completed, you will have until the 3rd of the current month to fix the issue and pay tuition before a $10 late fee is applied to your account. If you have not dropped by April 15th you are financially committed to both the months of May and June at the end of season.
If you would like to discontinue a class, you must notify the studio by the 15th of the current month to cancel your account for the following month. If this is not done, your account will be charged for the following month.
No refunds are given after the account has been charged for the month.
The dress code is such that students can get the most out of their dance class and instructors can see the visual lines of the dancers. The hair policy is especially important in order for students to keep hair out of their face. We recommend getting shoes through our online store we can fit the your student for shoes at the studio.
Early Development Classes: Female students must wear solid colored tights and leotards with an optional dance skirt. Hair should be up and out of the face. Male students must wear solid color athletic shirts and sold color t-shirt. Students need ballet slippers with no drawstrings and white tap shoes (only for Twinkle Toes II and Shooting Stars).
Elementary and Secondary Ballet Classes: Female students must wear pink tights, a black leotard, and an optional ballet skirt. Hair should be in a ballet bun. Male dancers must wear black shorts or pants and white fitted athletic shirt. Students need ballet slippers with no drawstring.
Jazz and Tap Classes (all levels): Female students must wear tan, black, or pink tights with any solid colored leotard. Hair should be pulled back out of the face and off the neck. Male students must were black athletic shorts or pants and solid color fitted athletic shirt. Students need tan jazz shoes and tan tap shoes.
Hip Hop (all levels): Students must wear athletic shorts or leggings with t-shirts or leotards. Students need a pair of white sneakers that they must purchase from Dream On Dance.
We encourage students to try and attend their class as often as possible, however we understand that sometimes it is not possible for a student to make it to class. If your student misses a class, they can take a make-up class in another class that is equal to or a level lower than their current class. In specific situations, permission may be granted to take an upper level class for a make-up. Students can do up to 5 make up classes per season per class.
You must schedule a make-up class in advance. If you do not cancel your make-up class within 24 hours of the class, it will count as a make-up class whether attended or not. This policy is set in place because make-up spots are limited and we want everyone to have the opportunity to make-up classes.
The studio will be closed for the following days (for specific dates check our Calendar page)

- Halloween
- Thanksgiving Break
- Winter Holiday

Monthly billing remains the same for missed holiday classes. These classes are made up for in months that include 5 weeks of classes and in Parent Watch Week benefits.
In case of inclement weather, cancellations will be posted on Facebook and on the Dream On Dance website (www.dreamondance.com). Not all cancellations will align with the school system, so it is important to always check the website for cancellations.
Parents must come into the building to pick-up and drop-off any children under the age of 9.
